COMPANY POLICY

1.       All members must register at our forum.

This is THE codex through which we share our experience in the game with all other members, regardless of scheduling issues that occur in multinational companies. All members are expected to POST IN THE PLAYERS INFO THREAD INTRODUCE YOURSELF with, at minimum, your in game name(s) AND your forum name so that we know who we are talking to.

2.       Members must show Progress

Everyone must show that they are improving and learning how to play better.

 

 

1.       No member is under any obligation to help another member in any way, although helping each other is definitely encouraged.  if a fellow company member is stuck on a boss, we encourage members to help said player defeat said dungeon we do not want members falling behind and/or getting discouraged this has to do with our in-game family theory. If someone needs help, please help them and at some point they can help you back in some way. with the new systems coming into play we will have to wait and see how the new dungeon system are, but we want to still keep the in-game family together and help each other out as much as we can.

 

2.       Members of Players Codex should respect each other & other players in the game.

2.10         A member should respect other member’s answers to his/her questions, as that members gives his answer.

2.11      RACISM is a nono here, we will NOT tolerate it! and you will be removed swiftly.the same can be said for sexism/offensive sexual comments/sexual preference/sexual orientation harassment.

2.12      If you are harassing fellow members in one of these inappropriate ways via whispers you will be removed from the company.

2.13      Members of players codex must also show respect in world chat. We don’t want company members arguing with other players or companies in world chat.

 

3.       no member should be asking people for their bank accounts or paypal accounts! if people in company would like to gift things to friends that is at their own discretion and is their choice but...if someone in company asks you for bank account or paypal account in whispers or otherwise do not give them your info. Notify daytorax or any of the officers. We will not tolerate the potential for scamming and identity theft.

 

 

 

1.       Donations ARE STILL REQUIRED for continuing membership in the company, however the amounts are up to the individual members. Members that do not donate, or that donate trivial amounts (the actual number depends on the member themselves as well, i would expect more from higher levels and members that i see online more) WILL BE PERIODICALLY REMOVED to make room for new members that may donate. HIGHER LEVELS are the first to go, as they should have the means to donate more than lower levels.

2.       previously on avenoss r2, for a longtime we had a no set donation policy.we let our members donate what they wanted- - when they wanted. this system did work to an extent for a while, but eventually it had issues. some players have millions, tens of millions donated, while other only had hundeds, or thousands. we felt the gap started to become to big.

1.       We promote teamwork

We form groups for events.we normally start forming groups for events a couple minutes prior to event time. if we have more players wanting to participate then the group can hold, we split,making multiple groups so all company members who are on get to do the events.this is how its been for a longtime, and this is how it will be in cos:arkadia. we want all members that are online to get their events done, get their event bonuses to improve their characters.

 

2.       we will be heavily participating in PVP.

We encourage members to partake in friendly company duels for practice. together we can fine tune our player skills, gear and character skill builds to be the best for pvp. During pvp tournament time, we encourage all members to join the tourny.

In Deathmatch as a company we will enter this event. we will work together to eliminate our competition in said deathmatch once our competition is down, we can then fight it our for the final ranking.

 

3.       Company wars.

this will be a big thing for us. it is 10v10.once we get a solid roster, we will be participating in company wars. since there is much risk here (losing company stock and temporarily losing company buffs) there will be some rules.FIRST, im going to ask all wanting to participate in company wars MUST use voicechat. in order to organize and work together properly as a team voicechat is needed. we will be using the voicechat program RAIDCALL. some exceptions may come into play, but this will be a rare occasion.at the moment there is not much info provided about how we choose said 10 players who enter, but if so our 10 strongest players will have priority. this is not meant to discourage in any way. we want our company to win, hence why the rules.

4.       if you are a PVE player, do not let all this pvp talk scare you away. we welcome all players, pve and pvp. we just like to partake in pvp as much as we can! if you prefer to stay away from PVP, that is ok with us.the only time we might ask for your help in pvp is if we are shorthanded players for a company war.
